Evenings at the Dallas Workshop & Conference

Some folks have asked what is planned or what they can do when they participate in the Dallas Hands-on Workshop and/or the Dallas Casablanca Conference.

When we were setting up these events, we intentionally left the evenings free from organized activity.  After having your brain tangled up with a lot of great, new information, ideas and techniques we figured it best to leave time each evening to allow you to relax and get to know your Casablanca colleagues a bit more.

So you are free to eat your dinner in the on-site hotel restaurant -
Terrace Grill, hang-out in the on-site 'water-hole' Safari's Bar or strongly consider joining 'the group'. At the conclusion of each evening, we'll announce to the entire group the evening's suggested dinner plans. Host Seth Hampton has great ideas for casual, local restaurants (and Chet already has his favorites!).

To give you a sampler -- one night we'll be going to Spring Creek BBQ for their great platters of BBQ & fixings (and Chet recommends their home-made Peach Cobbler with fresh vanilla Ice Cream for dessert!)

Another night we'll go to a great Dallas establishment where Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and country gravy are Chet's favorites. "I could not believe how big my plate was and the food was awesome!" remarked Chet last time he was there.  And one night we'll do Tex-Mex.  There is this great Mexican restaurant close to our hotel that servers "the best Queso I've ever had" -- that's Chet's opinion - and it it's not familiar to you, that's a melted cheese sauce... great with chips and also available smothering your Burrito!

So you can see that you'll learn a lot each day, great some great ideas for your videos and your video business or hobby, and you'll have some great food and fun company each evening.

Y'all come to Dallas -- you hear!?
